Watch the Races from our Spectator Boat and/or Attend the Shore Party
2018 marks 37 years of the Hospice Cup Regatta. To date, we have raised over 8 million dollars for hospice care. With your help, we can continue to help our participating hospices provide quality, end-of-life-care to all who seek it. In 2018 our focus is on raising funds for un-funded and under-funded services to patients and families. These include various therapies like massage, music and art, and bereavement services for children and family members.
By purchasing tickets for the Spectator Boat or Shore Party you not only get to be in on the excitement of the race, you help us raise funds for hospice patients and their families.
The Shore Party takes place on the banks of Back Creek, at Bert Jabin YAcht Yard. Under a huge event tent you will find live music by The Shatners and Lenny the Pan Man, a delicious buffet created by Paul’s Homewood Café, open bar poured by volunteers from Sugar Rim Bar Services, an amazing silent auction with fine art, cool gift baskets, fun trips and more! Join us to celebrate the sailors, sponsors and fundraisers who help our hospices raise funds and awareness. This is an all ages event and goes on Rain or Shine.
