Sponsorship levels range from Honorary Sailor $500 to Fleet Sponsor $50,000

Our mission is to raise funds for and awareness of hospice care for our participating hospices. Hospice Cup, Inc. gratefully accepts donations in any denomination.  You can allocate your donation to one or more of the participating hospices, or to Hospice Cup to cover operating expenses.

In 2011, our participating hospices served over 10,000 patients, and offered bereavement care to close to 20,000 family members and friends.  The average cost to care for a patient in their home was about $140 per day.  Your donation ensures that every patient who seeks hospice care, receives hospice care.

All donations are tax deductible and donor receives an acknowledgement letter for tax purposes
